ZKid Network Company Closes on $250,000 Line of Credit

ZKid Network Company (OTC Bulletin Board: ZKID) closed on a $250,000 Line of Credit on Friday, January 21, 2005. The Line of Credit will be used to fund the monthly
expenses of the company.

Donald Weisberg, CEO, says, "It's nice to know that the monthly operating
costs will be taken care of for the next 18 to 20 months. However, I expect
significant revenue to flow by third quarter of 2005 and the Line of Credit
will be a moot issue."
