Validian Announces World's First Secure Authenticated Send & Receive (SASR) Solution With Embedded Application Authentication and Application-to-Appli29 March 2006
Validian Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board: VLDI), a leader in application security software and solutions, announced today the general availability of Validian SASR, the world's first and only secure authenticated send and receive solution with embedded application authentication and application-to-application encryption. Validian SASR will be marketed and sold through channel partners initially to the entertainment, government, transportation and health industries.
Today, even when private-sector and government entities employ all of the varied and sophisticated Internet security solutions available in the market, the failure to authenticate applications and to utilize application-to- application encryption exposes their sensitive data and Intellectual Property (IP), such as digital Hollywood motion pictures and television programming, music, credit card information, and confidential patient, employee, corporate and government information, to piracy, theft, loss, interception and unwanted leaks.
Select entertainment, government, healthcare and transportation organizations currently are utilizing a controlled release version of Validian SASR.
