RSA Security Makes Four Key

Appointments

Strengthens ANZ and Asia Pacific management

and technical teams, prepares for new business growth and

stronger customer relationships

SYDNEY, December 13 2005

– RSA Security has announced four key appointments to its

Australia & New Zealand and Asia Pacific operations. This

follows a global reorganisation of the company’s sales and

support operations aimed at broadening the company’s

customer base, expanding its portfolio of products and

services, and aggressively pursuing new business

opportunities across a wider range of industries.

“These

appointments are part of an on-going strategy to strengthen

RSA Security’s operations in all international markets,”

said Richard Turner, Vice President of International Sales

and Operations for EMEA and Asia Pacific. “Already our

fastest growing business, we remain well-positioned for

further growth in the Asia Pacific region and Australia/New

Zealand in particular. The addition of talents like Steve

Terry, Claire Larsen, Gordon Wood and Jonathan Summer allow

us to invest more in key customer and partner

relationships.”

“The recent acquisition of Cyota will give

us an unmatched range of security solutions and services,

opening up exciting new business opportunities. It is

important for us to have the talent and the structure in

place to fully capitalise on those opportunities,” he

said.

Steve Terry has been appointed Sales Director,

Australia & New Zealand. He was previously Managing

Director, Asia Pacific of iPass, based in Hong Kong. Steve

started his career at Newbridge Networks in 1990 where he

held sales and general management posts before moving to

1994. He joined Wang Global as NSW Sales Manager in 1998 and

then advanced to the position of Managing Director – Pacific

Region of iPass in 1999 before becoming Managing Director,

Gordon Wood has joined RSA Security as

Technical Consultant. He was previously Sales Engineer –

Security Products for McAfee, first in the U.K. and then

Australia and joining Hewlett-Packard as a Systems Support

Engineer. He worked in UNIX support for the Roads and

Traffic Authority of NSW before joining IBM Global Services

as UNIX Systems Administrator. He then worked as a security

consultant at Softway/SecureNet before joining McAfee.

Consultant. He was previously Senior Security and WAN

Professional at Hansen Technologies, a network managed
