Protegrity Expands Senior Executive Team26 January 2005
Protegrity, the leading technology innovator for data security management, has named Anders Lundberg vice president of research and development. The company also announced the
appointment of Paul Giardina as vice president of marketing.
Lundberg joined Protegrity's R&D team early in 2004, leading the company's
application of advanced production and quality control processes. Previously,
Lundberg was CEO of Virtus Consulting AB, an IT firm specializing in
infrastructure security. He holds a bachelor's degree in computer analysis
from the University of Umea, Sweden, and a bachelor's in economics from the
University of Stockholm.
Giardina has more than a decade of marketing and product management
experience in the enterprise software industry. He comes to Protegrity from
Cartesis, where he established the company's global marketing function and
developed key strategic partnerships. Previously, Giardina held senior
positions in product management at Hyperion. He holds an MBA from the
University of Connecticut and a bachelor's in finance from Villanova
University.
