Gladiator Information Security Systems (GISS) LLC. is a Certified Minority Business Enterprise, in the Commonwealth of Virginia and an SBA Certified Small Disadvantaged Business. Founded in September 2003, GISS will attain Small Business Administration 8(A) Certification in the winter of 2005.

GISS specializes in Information Security Technology with capabilities in policy support and implementation, automated vulnerability assessments, information assurance, project & program management, information systems, smart cards, analytical support, and biometrics consulting. We are a certified value added reseller for Idealsoft, Inc.’s, Asvaco vulnerability assessment software suite.

GISS actively works with academia; having been selected in August 2004 to sponsor and host a research project by graduate students at Carnegie Mellon University. Our ground breaking research activities focus on determining statutory and non-statutory drivers for conducting enterprise wide vulnerability assessments for U.S. Critical Infrastructure.

GISS is at the forefront of merging innovative technologies such as Idealsoft’s Asvaco vulnerability assessment software suite, with advanced academic research.

GISS is currently seeking to raise between 100-150K in seed money from private investors to continue and expand operations. A minimum of $10K is required, with increased increments of $5K, with the caveat and understanding that any investment made may be lost. Like any investment, risk is involved, but the potential is high.
