Net Direct Systems and Symantec Announce Technology Agreement31 January 2005
Net Direct Systems, LLC today announced it has expanded their partnership with Symantec Corporation (Nasdaq: SYMC). Under the new agreement, Net Direct Systems (NDS) is now a Symantec Enterprise Solutions Partner, deepening their previous relationship as software reseller.
Demonstrating a broad base of knowledge, NDS security personnel hold in excess of 17 patents, and draw upon proven security expertise and keen insight to help businesses develop a network infrastructure that is resistant to disruption or failure, designed for rapid recovery, flexible, adaptive, scalable and highly secure.
The new partnership enables NDS to design, integrate, and sell solutions from the full Symantec family of products and services. Specific solutions include the Gateway, Intrusion Prevention, and anti-Spam appliances. NDS is one of the few partners with a Certified Symantec Instructor on staff, as well as IT professionals on staff trained and experienced in deploying Symantec Incident Manager.
