Revenue growth in France remained exceptionally sustained, up nearly 30% for the 3rd quarter and 22.7% for 9 months, well above the average growth for the sector. The Networks and Systems business notably enjoyed strong expansion in the high added value service area. Management business revenue, growing once again, posted a significant return to profitability. FIME revenue (smart cards and payment system testing), integrated since 1 August 2005, contributed EUR 0.55 million to France sales and EUR 0.12 million to Asia sales in the 3rd quarter.

The progression in North America is primarily due to Canada.

Asia continues to offer good prospects despite a slight drop in quarterly revenue. Activity remains sustained, with a well filled pipeline of prospects, which like always is cyclical, reflecting the relative importance of contracts handled.

In Switzerland and in Belgium, business activity was marked by a very slight downturn due to the postponement of some deliveries to the 4th quarter regarding the Group's Network business. Profitability remains satisfactory and prospects good.

The Group's workforce size surpassed the 1,000 milestone during the 3rd quarter, totalling 1,017 at 30 September 2005, averaging 983 for the quarter. The inter-contracts rate was 3.1%, compared to 4% for the preceding quarter.

The quarterly condensed financial statements will be approved by the Board of Directors on 22 November 2005.

2005 3rd quarter profit from operations is forecast to be double that realised in the same period last year.

2005 and 2006 Outlook
2005 objectives: organic revenue growth double that of the sector and an operating margin of 5% to 7% of revenue.

The 4th quarter of 2005 will be marked by continuing sustained growth while the book-to-bill ratio remains above 1, thus marking a sharp recovery in the recruitment dynamic. In keeping with the progression recorded over the last two years, profit from operations will be significantly higher than that realised in the same period last year.

Benefiting from excellent fundamentals at the end of 2005, the Group forecasts a promising 2006, still in growth. The long term partnerships of the Group with numerous major accounts as well as its high growth technological niches enable Groupe Silicomp to look forward logically to an improvement in profitability, that will place it in the top half of the sector in 2006. Group management will provide unaudited data on 2006 outlook
at its presentation of 2005 3rd quarter results.

Shareholder's Agenda
24 November 2005 6.00pm Paris Time: release of IFRS 2005 3rd quarter financial results by press release after close of markets and holding of teleconference analysts' meeting.
