Eneo Tecnologia's Marte Firewall Selects Sensory Networks' Nodalcore(R) Acceleration Technology13 June 2006
Sensory Networks, the leaderin acceleration technology for network security applications, todayannounced that its NodalCore security acceleration technology has beenselected for the Marte firewall product from Eneo Tecnologia.
Eneo's Marte product offering includes Unified Threat Management (UTM),network monitoring and WAN optimization and alert monitoring, consolidationand correlation. Eneo's Marte Firewall incorporates IPS/IDS, Antivirusscanning, Antispam filtering, VPN, QoS, and Content filtering. Integratingthe NodalCore C-2000 PCI accelerator cards from Sensory Networks hasenabled Eneo to scale from the low-end SOHO target market segment throughto the high-end carrier-class network gateway appliance market.
