Company Initiates Co-Development Efforts18 February 2005
MONEYFLOW SYSTEMS INTERNATIONAL, INC.; (OTC BB: MFLW) -- Hal Schultz, President of MoneyFlow Systems International, Inc. ("MoneyFlow"), reports that the Company has entered into co-development arrangements with a number of wireless service providers for the purpose of developing customized applications for MoneyFlow's ATM portfolio and to provide enhanced technological support for its Remote Digital Video Surveillance systems.
Mr. Schultz commented, "The Company has recently initiated certain co-venture efforts with a number of specialized development firms in the wireless security sector. Management is of the view that this represents an opportunity for the Company to enhance its current product offerings and augment its remote Digital Video Surveillance systems."
In addition to being able to provide the Company's clients with certain customized applications for their video surveillance requirements, MoneyFlow will also be able to provide its ATM portfolio of customers with enhanced security applications. More particularly, MoneyFlow, through its subsidiary Security Bancorp Inc., will soon be able to provide real-time notification of any account access; wireless video confirmation and remote user identification; enhanced bank notification and fraud alert; and, more rapid restriction of unauthorized access.
Management believes that the company's enhanced product line and recent technological developments will better enable the company to penetrate the burgeoning North American market for security products and installations. As was announced on February 7, 2005, the US federal government, in its 2006 budget request, included a total of $41.1 billion for the Department of Homeland Security. Well in advance of any of these funds being applied more than $18 billion was awarded to state and local governments in the last enacted budget for the purpose of enhanced Homeland protection. MoneyFlow, through its Interglobe Security division, provides many of the products and services required to provide these forms of protection.
"Our state-of-the-art technology combined with our competitive pricing should provide us with the path of entry into this very large and growing market. As we seek expansion opportunities for our investigation and surveillance business we are examining growth and acquisition situations within the Pacific Northwest United States; along the West Coast and some opportunities in the South and Midwest," remarked Schultz. He went on to say, "It's a fact of life that the day-to-day concerns of the average person in the street are far more focused on threats to personal security than at any time in recent memory. We believe that we can enable people to regain an enhanced level of comfort and well-being by making available cost-effective, real-time security and surveillance technologies for the better monitoring of assets and environments."
