BullGuard Appoints Mr. Heini Zachariassen as new CEO21 February 2006
Following a BullGuard board meeting Chief Operating Officer, Mr. Heini Zachariassen, was appointed as the new Chief Executive Officer of BullGuard. Mr. Zachariassen has been COO of BullGuard since October 2002, a period of extremely rapid growth, in terms of sales, partnerships and organisation.
The retiring CEO, Mr. Morten Lund, a Skype seed-investor who founded the company with Theis S0ndergaard in March 2002, will move to the position of Chairman of the Board.
Mr. Lund commented on the appointment of Mr. Zachariassen:
